Letter to the Secretary of State on HS2 River Pollution
This letter from ColneCAN (Colne Catchment Action Network) expresses concern about river pollution caused by HS2.
It was sent to the Secretary of State and copied to all the MPs whose constituencies cover the 400 square miles of the Colne Catchment.
